With its concierge services, you have a personal attendant at your service. Security alarm going off in the middle of the night? Furniture delivery when you’re 1000 miles away? Coming up for the weekend and need your driveway plowed? Great Renovations can handle all of that for you. And we do it all in house. No sub-contractors.

Starting at $30.00 per week  (billing is done on a monthly basis)
Standard Package Service Includes

• Exterior and interior security inspection of premises
• Check to make sure heating system is running properly
• Run faucets and flush toilets
• Check for water leaks or water damage
• Watch for signs of pest infestation or animal problems
• Look for signs of break-in or vandalism
• Rotate lights or timers off or on in house
• Water plants (up to five)
• Start cars left in the garage (up to two)
• Place trash out on garbage day or return can at end of day
• E-mail report with photos of discrepancies

Al a carte items
This is a list of common additional services many home owners like to include with their home watch visits. Since everybody’s home and situation is different, a price quote will be given to you at your free home watch consultation (there may or may not be an additional charge for these services).

• Check or add chemicals to hot tub
• Replace or dispose of mouse or rat traps/poison
• Cover furniture with sheets
• Rotate drapes or blinds
